About Us:
After difficulties with having healthy children, losing a daughter and later having a son diagnosed with spina bifida, I knew I needed to make life changes. I started with studying my family’s diet. I was focused on eliminating as many toxins as possible from our lives and developing new mindsets around health and food. I then began to share my knowledge with others and, organically, this became my company centered around spreading knowledge of natural health and wellness. I started from a place of pain and became a source of love.
